In-Store Purchases
Items¹ returned within 365 days of the original purchase date are eligible for a refund with receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging, unused and in suitable condition for resale.
¹Exclusions:
- Items not sold in sealed packages (including, but not limited to, serving trays and bowls, serving utensils, aluminum pans, chafing fuel cans and chafing racks, table clips, gift bags, shopping bags and lighted window decorations)
- Helium balloon inflation services and balloon weights
- Clearance items
- Seasonal items
Online Purchases

Claims and Returns: Please do not refuse shipment or return items before contacting us. All claims of product damages or shortages must be reported within 10 days of your receipt of the shipment.
Return Shipping: Return shipping must be paid for by the customer. Customers may purchase their own shipping or request us to e-mail a return shipping label, in which case we will deduct the label cost from the refund amount. Please note, the shipping charge paid on the original order will not be refunded. This applies to all returns, except those that are the result of an error made by Schorin Company.
Refund Disbursement: Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
